    The GS-S252 supports an extensive range of 13 gauge options — 3G, 3.5G, 3-5-7G, 5G, 6G, 7G, 8G, 9G, 10G, 12G, 13G, 14G, and 15G — covering everything from heavy chunky knitwear to fine-gauge fashion garments. The double system single carriage configuration, combined with a generous 52-inch knitting width, enables efficient production across a wide variety of fabric structures, with a maximum speed of 1.4 m/s for outstanding throughput.
    ·Versatile Knitting Functions
    The machine supports an impressive array of knitting techniques including transfer, tuck, miss, jacquard, intarsia, and both hide and apparent shaping. This breadth of capability makes the GS-S252 an ideal solution for producing fashion knitwear, technical textiles, and high-end sweaters with complex pattern structures.
    ·Precision Stitch Density Control
    Stitch density is controlled by a stepping motor with 128 selectable levels and an adjustable range of 0–650 using subdivision technology, ensuring consistent fabric quality across long production runs and minimizing defect rates.
    ·Advanced Needle Selection & Yarn Carrier System
    The electromagnetic needle selection system, governed by computer control, delivers stable and highly efficient needle actuation. The 2×8 yarn carrier configuration — mounted on either side of 4 guide rails — allows yarn changes at any needle position, providing maximum flexibility for multi-color jacquard and intarsia designs.
    ·Intelligent Control System
    The intuitive LCD control interface supports USB input and 256MB of onboard memory for storing a large library of design files. All operating parameters are displayed in real time and can be adjusted while the machine is running, streamlining workflow and reducing downtime. The built-in design system is user-friendly and straightforward, supporting multiple languages including Chinese and English to serve a global customer base.
    ·Robust Protection & Drive Systems
    The synchronous belt drive with AC servo motor control ensures smooth, responsive operation. The racking system — also servo-driven — offers a range of up to 2 inches with fine-tuning capability. A comprehensive protection system automatically triggers alarms in the event of yarn breakage, float yarn, rewinding faults, end-of-knitting signals, racking failure, needle breakage, or programming errors, safeguarding both operator safety and machine integrity. The machine operates on a standard 220V single-phase power supply and features a power-off memory function to preserve work-in-progress data in the event of unexpected power interruptions.
