The take-down roller system, also stepping motor–driven, provides 128 levels of tension control across a range of 0–100, precisely adapting to yarns of different weights and elasticity to prevent fabric distortion or uneven tension.
    ·16-Carrier Yarn System & Scissor-Clamp Assembly
    The 16-carrier yarn system, distributed across both sides of 4 guide rails, enables yarn changes at any needle bed position — offering maximum flexibility for multi-color jacquard and intarsia production. The programmable left-right scissor and clamp assembly can operate synchronously or independently, working in tandem with the no-waste-yarn comb to minimize yarn consumption at every stage of the knitting process, from cast-on through to bind-off.

The protection system automatically alerts and halts operation upon detecting yarn breakage, float yarn, rewinding faults, racking failure, needle collision, safety door events, or programming errors — comprehensively safeguarding both operator safety and machine integrity.
