    Supporting transfer, tuck, miss, jacquard, intarsia, and needle transfer, the GS-S252C handles a wide spectrum of complex fabric structures. From fashionable jacquard sweaters and intarsia colorwork to fully fashioned shaped garments, this machine delivers consistent, high-quality results across all pattern types.
    ·Precision Stitch Density & Take-Down Control
    Stitch density is controlled by a stepping motor with 128 (32) selectable levels and an adjustable range of 0–650 using subdivision technology, ensuring uniform fabric quality throughout production. The take-down roller system, also stepping motor–controlled, provides 128 levels of tension adjustment across a range of 0–100, precisely accommodating yarns of varying weight and elasticity.
    ·Efficient Yarn Carrier & Scissor-Clamp System
    The 16-carrier yarn system — mounted on both sides of 4 guide rails — allows yarn changes at any needle position, enabling smooth and flexible multi-color production. The programmable left-right scissor and clamp system can operate synchronously or independently, effectively minimizing yarn tail waste and reducing production costs.
    ·Automatic Oil Supply & Sinker Assist System
    An integrated automatic oil supply system continuously lubricates the knitting needles, reducing wear and extending the service life of critical components. The sinker system provides auxiliary knitting support, further enhancing fabric formation quality and consistency.
    ·Intelligent Control & Comprehensive Protection
    The control system features an LCD display with USB input and 256MB of internal memory for storing extensive design libraries. The interface supports multiple languages including Chinese and English, and all operating parameters can be monitored and adjusted in real time during machine operation. The protection system automatically alerts and halts the machine upon detecting yarn breakage, float yarn, rewinding faults, racking failure, needle collision, safety door events, or programming errors — ensuring both operator safety and equipment integrity. The machine runs on a standard 220V single-phase power supply with a built-in power-off memory function to safeguard work data against unexpected interruptions.
