Stitch density is stepping motor–controlled with 128 (32) selectable levels across a range of 0–650. The take-down roller provides 128 levels of tension control from 0–100. Racking is driven by AC servo motor with a 2-inch range and fine-tuning capability, and the synchronous belt drive with servo motor control ensures smooth, stable machine operation. The control system features an LCD display with USB input and 256MB memory, supporting Chinese, English, and other languages, with all parameters adjustable in real time during operation. The protection system automatically alerts and halts the machine upon detecting yarn breakage, float yarn, rewinding faults, racking failure, needle collision, safety door events, or programming errors. The machine operates on 220V single-phase power with a power-off memory function to protect production data against unexpected interruptions.
