The take-down roller system, also stepping motor–driven, provides 32 levels of tension control across a range of 0–100, precisely adapting to yarns of different weights and elasticity to maintain even fabric tension and a flat, distortion-free surface across the entire wide knitting width. The multi-language interface supports Chinese, English, and other languages, with all operating parameters viewable and adjustable in real time during machine operation — intuitive and accessible for operators at all levels. The protection system automatically triggers alarms upon detecting yarn breakage, knotting, float yarn, rewinding faults, end-of-knitting signals, racking failure, needle breakage, or programming errors, providing comprehensive protection for both machine and operator.
