·Superior Knitting Speed and Drive System
The GS-SE152 achieves a maximum knitting speed of 1.5 m/s, supported by a synchronous belt drive system controlled by an AC servo motor. Synchronous belt transmission offers lower maintenance requirements and higher drive precision compared to conventional chain drive systems, minimizing knitting errors caused by drive slack or wear and extending the overall service life of the machine. The consistent, low-vibration operation at high carriage speeds ensures uniform stitch formation across the full width of the needle bed.
·Comprehensive Knitting Functions
The machine supports a full spectrum of knitting techniques including transfer, tuck, miss, jacquard, intarsia, and both hidden and apparent fully fashioned shaping. This functional breadth enables the production of structures ranging from plain jersey and openwork lace patterns to multi-color intarsia designs and three-dimensional shaped panels — all executed through programmatic control, reducing reliance on manual skill and improving output consistency across production runs.
·Precise Stitch Density Control
Stitch density is managed by a stepping motor system utilizing subdivision technology, offering 128 adjustable levels (switchable to 32 levels) across a range of 0 to 650. This granular control accommodates everything from heavy-gauge woolen fabrics to fine-gauge fashion knitwear. Consistent density across batches reduces rework rates and is particularly valuable for export-oriented manufacturers with strict dimensional tolerance requirements.
·Accurate Racking and Needle Selection
The racking system is controlled by an AC servo motor with a racking range of up to 2 inches and a fine-tuning function, enabling precise transfer and shaping operations with high positional repeatability. The needle selection mechanism is computer-controlled via an electromagnetic system, delivering stable and efficient needle actuation at operating speeds. The combination of servo-driven racking and computer-controlled needle selection ensures reliable execution of complex stitch structures without manual intervention.
·Flexible Yarn Carrier Configuration
Eight yarn carriers are mounted across four guide rails, positioned on both sides, and are shiftable to any needle position along the needle bed. This arrangement supports smooth color changes for intarsia and multicolor jacquard work without requiring full machine stops, significantly improving production efficiency for color-intensive styles and enabling agile switching between multi-style, small-batch orders.
·Intelligent Take-Down and Protection Systems
The take-down roller system uses stepping motor control with 128 tension levels adjustable from 0 to 100, allowing fine tuning of fabric take-down tension to match the elasticity and thickness of each fabric construction. The protection system continuously monitors for yarn breakage, knots, float yarn, rewinding errors, knitting completion, racking return failure, needle breakage, and safety door status. Upon detecting any abnormal condition, the machine automatically triggers an alarm and halts operation, protecting the needles, fabric, and mechanical components from damage and minimizing material waste.
·Advanced Control System and Connectivity
The control system features an LCD display with 256MB of onboard memory and USB input, capable of storing a large number of pattern files simultaneously for rapid style changeover. All operating parameters are visible on the monitoring menu and can be adjusted in real time while the machine is running, eliminating the need for production stops during parameter tuning. The pattern design interface is visually intuitive and straightforward to operate, with multi-language support including Chinese and English to ensure accessibility for operators across different regions.
·Power Supply and Memory Function
The machine operates on a single-phase 220V power supply and is equipped with a power-off memory function that preserves the current working state in the event of an unexpected power interruption. Upon power restoration, the machine can resume production from the point of interruption, preventing the loss of in-progress fabric and reducing waste associated with unplanned stoppages.
