Stitch density is governed by a stepping motor with 128 selectable levels and an adjustable range of 0–650 using subdivision technology, ensuring exceptional fabric consistency across high-volume production runs. The take-down roller system, also stepping motor–controlled, offers 128 levels of tension adjustment across a range of 0–100, precisely accommodating yarns of varying weight and elasticity to maintain uniform fabric tension and prevent distortion.
·Yarn Carrier System & Sinker Assist
The 2×8 yarn carrier configuration — mounted on both sides of 4 guide rails — allows yarn changes at any needle position, providing maximum flexibility for multi-color jacquard and intarsia production. The sinker system provides auxiliary knitting support, with stepping motor control enabling adjustment to suit different fabric characteristics, further improving fabric formation quality and surface evenness.
·Intelligent Control & Comprehensive Protection
The control system features an LCD display with USB input and 256MB of onboard memory for storing extensive design file libraries. The multi-language interface supports Chinese, English, and other languages, with all operating parameters viewable and adjustable in real time during machine operation. The protection system automatically triggers alarms upon detecting yarn breakage, knotting, float yarn, rewinding faults, end-of-knitting signals, racking failure, needle breakage, safety sensor events, or programming errors — providing comprehensive protection for both machine and operator. The machine operates on a standard 220V single-phase power supply with a power-off memory function to protect production data and workflow state against unexpected power interruptions.
