    ·High-Speed, Stable Knitting Performance
    With a maximum knitting speed of 1.4 m/s, the machine delivers impressive throughput without compromising fabric quality. The synchronous belt drive combined with an AC servo motor control system ensures smooth, low-vibration operation with precise motion control. The racking mechanism, also driven by an AC servo motor, provides a racking range of up to 2 inches with fine-adjustment capability for accurate pattern alignment.
    ·Versatile Knitting Functions
    Supporting tight tuck, transfer, tuck, miss, and jacquard knitting techniques, the GS-B2100 is capable of producing blankets with intricate textures and multi-layer patterns, meeting the demanding aesthetic and tactile standards of premium markets.
    ·Precise Stitch Density & Take-Down Control
    Stitch density is managed by a stepping motor with 128 selectable levels and subdivision technology for a fine adjustment range of 0–650, ensuring consistent fabric quality across production batches. The take-down roller system, also stepping-motor controlled with 32 tension levels (adjustable from 0–100), prevents fabric distortion and maintains uniform tension throughout the knitting process.
    ·Intelligent Yarn Carrier & Needle Selection
    The machine is equipped with 16 yarn carriers distributed across 4 guide rails on both sides, enabling yarn changes at any needle position — ideal for multi-color and jacquard blanket production. The electric magnet needle selection system, computer-controlled for precision, ensures highly efficient and reliable needle selection with minimized error rates.
    ·Comprehensive Protection System
    The built-in protection system automatically triggers an alarm and halts the machine in the event of yarn breaking, float yarn, rewinding, end-of-knitting, racking failure, needle breakage, or programming errors, safeguarding both equipment and fabric from damage.
    ·Advanced Control System
    The GS-B2100 features an intuitive LCD control panel with USB input and 256MB of onboard memory for storing extensive pattern files. All operating parameters can be monitored and adjusted in real time during operation. The design system is user-friendly and supports multiple languages including Chinese and English. Operating on single-phase 220V power, the machine also features a power-off memory function to prevent data loss during unexpected outages.
